The Poppy Cross was the winning entry in the Adult Section (over 18's) and
was taken by Mr Robert Farrington
The other photo of the child smelling the flowers is the work of Charlotte
Wells and was the winner in the uder-18's category.
Winners (who are both local) were chosen by representatives of Mannin Media
and Morrison Photos, the joint sponsors of the competition, who had a
difficult job to pick winners from a big selection of very high quality
pictures from both on and off-Island visitors to the Festival. Watch the
